Ordering: Our shopping area is very easy to navigate. Simply click on 'Add to Basket' when ever you wish to make a purchase. If you wish to view the details of your shopping basket at any time, or finalize your order, simply click on the "Check Out" button. The subtotal page will show your total purchases, and here you will need to select ordering options and designate your method of payment. We offer the option of paying by credit card or by check (US Only) or money order. Orders paid for by personal check will be charged a $15.00 (USD) fee for insuffient funds or returned check. We currently accept credit card purchases through;
Customer/Cardholder address and all related information is verified with your issuing Bank before your order is shipped. For your security, all credit cards require verification of card number, expiration date, and billing address with every order. Some restrictions may apply. Californian residents are asked to nominate sales tax of 8.25% option for all sales made within the state. We do not collect or use sales taxes for sales outside of California. Some states impose a 'use tax' on purchases made outside their state and payment of such taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Shipping: We normally ship through the USPS (United States Postal Service) 'Priority Mail', approximately 3-5 business days within the Continental USA and Hawaii. All other shipments should expect 10-12 days, depending upon location. Most orders placed, will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours upon receipt. Shipping options available;

Although all the jewelry we sell is made according to the highest
quality standards, some care and upkeep is required to maintain
the shine and luster against tarnishing.
Hawaiian Styles is not responsible for metal tarnishing. As with
all jewelry, it is the responsibility of the owner to upkeep the
condition of the metal. See metal
care for further details. If looked after, your piece should last you a life time. The wrap is not so impervious to the outside elements, but should last through day to day wear and tear. We do offer a re-wrap and re-polish service for all our customers.
SPECIAL NOTE: Some of our pieces of jewelry have sharp edges i.e. the fish hooks. This jewelry is, as it states, a 'hook', and for this reason we do not advise purchasing this style of jewelry for children. We advise that you use your better judgment when wearing jewelry, e.g. do not wear any jewelry when working with equipment with moving parts, or participating in active sports. The user/purchaser assumes all risks and liability for any injury, personal or otherwise, arising from the use of this product. In no event shall Hawaiian Styles or it's representatives be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages due to the use of this product. Do not purchase this product if you do not agree with these conditions.

Our Guarantee: We take pride in our tradition of providing premium quality products and services. If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product to us according to our Return Policy.
Return Policy: In the unlikely event you received a damaged item, or you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchased from us, you may return it in good, unused, and unaltered condition within 10 days of receipt. We will exchange it, replace it or refund your money in the same method of payment as they were purchased, which ever you prefer. TO RETURN AN ITEM:
