Traditional
Hawaiian 'Makau' (fish hook) was originally carved from bone,
wood, sea or turtle shell, and was a prized possession of the
ancient Hawaiians. Today, hooks are still prized, and worn as
a tribute to the heritage of Hawai`i, and the ocean that helped
give and sustain life. Our Hawaiian 'Makau' was originally carved
in bone, and reproduced in a range of quality
alloys to the finest detail.
